This Saturday 7th January sees Alex's Dragons take on Lichfield All Stars in a charity rugby match at Cooke Fields, kick off 1:00 pm.

The Dragons will feature none other than former Wales captain and British & Irish Lion Colin Charvis.

The purpose behind CRY is preventing young sudden cardiac deaths through awareness, screening and research, and supporting affected families.  If you can come along to support the charity through watching the match and giving a donation, you would be most welcome and much appreciated.

Lichfield RUFC's Men's 1st XV take on Sandbach in the 2:15 pm kick off game, so if the Dragons and All Stars has given you an appetite for more live rugby, please stay on and enjoy the game as the Myrtle Greens look to get 2017 of to a winning start.

The club would like as many Mini, Midi and Junior players to come along and support both games as Mascots and Ball Boys as can make it.  There will be family fun, bouncy castles and hopefully some good rugby to watch as well!
