On joining Lichfield:
I’m really excited by this new challenge and can’t wait to get started. Veseyans provided me with an amazing opportunity to learn and develop as a young Head Coach and I’ve enjoyed every minute. Lichfield is a big, well established club playing at good level of rugby. It’s a club close to my heart as I played all my junior rugby at Cooke Fields so it’s nice to have that attachment.
The goal over the next few years is to establish a strong side at Level 5 whilst growing the strength in depth of the senior set up, including an appropriate pathway for our colts to come through into a genuine development side. On top of this we want to build the relationship between the senior group and the mini and junior section, that is the future of the club and is incredibly important to be sustainable at the level we want to play at.
The vision of the club is exciting, and I can’t wait to be a part of it.
