Lichfield are back in league action this Saturday (11th February) when they face Birmingham & Solihull Rugby Club (kick-off 2.15pm).

Back-to-back victories have seen Lichfield climb out of the relegation places and they will look to climb even further up the league table when they face the “Bees” tomorrow afternoon. A stern test awaits for them at Cooke Fields though as Birmingham & Solihull currently sit 4th in the table having won 13, drawn 1 and lost 4 of their 18 league matches but Lichfield will be in confident mood and buoyed by the fact on these defeats was inflicted by the Myrtle Greens earlier on in the season.

If you would like to make an afternoon of it, the club are looking to encourage as many members and their families, plus non-members to come and join us for a pre-match meal at the cost of £10 per head, payable on the day for the food.

You will enjoy a good three course meal, with choices to hopegully suit any palate. If you go home hungry then it will be personal choice, as there is always lots to eat if you want to!

Please let Ian Bascombe on 07979 192590 or (ian@squirrelpfa.co.uk) in advance, if you would like to attend, so he knows the numbers to cater for.

Timings for the pre-match meal are; arrival at 12.30pm, meal at 1.00pm and kick-off at 2.15pm.
